Client Terms of Business Agreements
Please find our Terms of Business Agreements (“TOBA”) below, this is the TOBA that we put in place for those clients who transact with the UIB Nordic UK (the UK branch of UIB Nordic AB). The TOBA establishes the basis of the relationship with our clients who transact with UIB Nordic UK, setting out the services we provide and the important practices and procedures that need to be followed in relation to our appointment as your agent. If you have any questions regarding the TOBA please do not hesitate to contact us. You will be deemed to have accepted the TOBA if you do not advise us otherwise within 14 days of either asking us to start working for you, or we actually start working for you.
