The Direct & Facultative Property Division draws on many years of experience to address and resolve complex risk issues and develop comprehensive and cost-effective risk transfer and insurance solutions.

The division works on accounts throughout the world on a daily basis, drawing on wealth of knowledge and sustained relationships with reinsurers across the globe to support clients in their efforts to control exposures, improve risk profile and reduce reinsurance costs.

We specialise in designing, negotiating, placing, arranging and servicing bespoke insurance programmes for clients with a national or global presence in various sector of the property industry. As a group we are extremely proud of the service standards we provide for our clients.

Our in-house engineers are often used for technical assistance to the broking team but mainly carry out risk management surveys for our clients.
